Product Introduction:
We have post-spinning adopted Italian RPR equipment, mainly produces 10-200D stretch nylon yarn. The annual output reaches 20000 tons. Contain fine-denier and porous yarn. Adopt fusing technology and the coordinated process from POY to post-spinning draw-texturing, thus it has the special processing project and advantaged output request. Furthermore, it owns higher dyeing uniformity, whether or not use spandex, it can be woven as seamless or round knitwear which has better brightness and joyfully soft handle. Even without spandex, it has the beautiful texture. So it can be applied to making bright and soft underwear and outer wear. The yarn is used to produce clothes from transparent stockings to energetic outer wear, which features particular softness and nature like the 2nd-layer skin of human body.
